ERCAIAD.

ERCAIAD is one of the only groups so far that has had a interest in fighting the drug problems in South America. i reffered to this group because its the one with more money and better structure to fight the situacions in South America. all post containing this logo will be related fully to ERCAIAD, AND STAND FOR SOTUH aMERICA drug PROBLEMS.

In my opinion as said before on my recent posts is groups like this that we need to help or countries overcome this situacion. By gaining money from foreign countries ERCAIAD is fighting drug issues in South America.

ERCAIAD is a specialized, multinational center of instruction for academic and operational training in the field of anti-drug intelligence for police personnel and members of other institutions involved in fighting drugs in the member countries of the Andean Group for Anti-drug Intelligence (Bolivia, Brazil, Chile Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela).

Success in countredrug activities depends on the effective gathering and analysis of information and the development of intelligence for strategic planning and operational purposes. To this end, in 1999 CICAD helped the Andean Community for Anti-drug Intelligence to establish the Andean Community Regional Counterdrug Intelligence School (ERCAIAD).

OBJECTIVES

to enhance the capacity of officers from the members states to analyze information and develop counterdrug intelligence
to promote a more standardized approach or methodology among these countries
to promote cooperation and information exchange.
