Hugo chavez "anti drug program"

Hugo Chavez is known to be a comunist, but here he denies in his speach any kind of simpaty of empaty for the U.S.A claiming that there influence on the drug marquet has been generally bad. the inflicts that america brings on venezuela are drug exchanges and no protection at all for the defences of our towns againt this struggle" said Hugo, at this point the U.S.A goverment has made an arrangement to help guard some of the cities affected by this, wich involves venezuela, brazil, mexico, colombia and ecuador.
